• 500 g mascarpone
• 500 ml cream
• 50 g powdered suar
• 500 g raspberries, frozen
• 1 bag biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
• possibly cream stiffener

Instructions

1. Whip the cream until stiff, you can add cream stabilizer if you want. Then fold in the powdered sugar and mascarpone. In a bowl, layer alternately raspberries, cream mascarpone mixture and amarettini.
2. Chill for at least 1 hour. The amarettini become soft because they soak up the liquid.
