Ingredients
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 ml cream
- 50 g powdered suar
- 500 g raspberries, frozen
- 1 bag biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
- possibly cream stiffener

- Whip the cream until stiff, you can add cream stabilizer if you want. Then fold in the powdered sugar and mascarpone. In a bowl, layer alternately raspberries, cream mascarpone mixture and amarettini.
- Chill for at least 1 hour. The amarettini become soft because they soak up the liquid.
