- 100 g cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 125 g amarettini
- 300 g blueberries

- First whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and household sugar until stiff and stir the quark in a separate bowl until smooth. Then add the cream to the quark and fold in.
- Put the amarettini in a bag, close it tightly and use a rolling pin to break the amarettini into large pieces.
- If necessary, let the blueberries thaw and puree. Layer some of the amarettini in a glass and cover with the quark cream, then put some of the pureed blueberries on top. Repeat the process until the glass is full. I.
- Small mason jars are used in the video, as you can then take the dessert with you to a picnic, for example.
