Ingredients
- 1 large orange (s), untreated
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 100 ml orange liqueur, (for children multivitamin or orange juice)
- 500 g strawberries
- 250 g mascarpone, (alternatively lean cream cheese)
- 200 ml Cremefine for whipping
- 1 vanilla pod, scraped out
- 100 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini), approx

- Wash the orange with hot water, rub dry and peel off the peel in strips with the zest zipper or a sharp knife. Halve the orange and squeeze out.
- Caramelize 2 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the squeezed orange juice and the orange liqueur and dissolve the caramel while stirring. Add the orange zest and reduce the orange syrup a little. Take it from the stove and let it cool off.
- Wash the strawberries, pat dry and quarter them. Pour into the orange syrup and leave to stand covered for about 20 minutes. Remove the orange zest.
- Mix the mascarpone, cream and vanilla pulp with the remaining sugar in a bowl until creamy.
- Always layer amarettini, strawberries and mascarpone cream alternately. Finish with strawberries. Remainder Put the amarettini in a freezer bag and crumble with a rolling pin (or other object). Sprinkle the crumbs on the strawberries. From in the refrigerator and about 1 hour. cool.
- If you still like the amarettini crispy, you should enjoy this dessert immediately after preparation. (The syrup and the waiting time make you really soft and fully sucked)
