Strawberry and Chocolate Layered Dessert

  • 300 g strawberries, fresh
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 400 ml cream
  • 150 g yourt
  • Brownies (chocolate brownies or biscuits, gluten-free or normal)
  • 120 g chocolate, mixed (nouat / nut and dark chocolate)
  • Lemon juice
  • vanilla sugar


  • Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone and yoghurt with a tablespoon of lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Puree the strawberries with a tablespoon of lemon juice and vanilla sugar, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries. Melt the chocolate.
  • Put 3 tablespoons of mascarpone cream in an extra bowl, stir with the melted chocolate and fold in 3 tablespoons of cream. Fold the remaining cream into the mascarpone cream.
  • Then layer the dessert:
  • Strawberry puree
  • Mascarpone cream
  • Brownies
  • Strawberry puree
  • Mascarpone cream
  • Chocolate cream
  • Then decorate with strawberries and other ingredients if you like.
  • Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, rather longer, for me it was 6 hours and it was great.
