Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries, fresh
- 250 g mascarpone
- 400 ml cream
- 150 g yourt
- Brownies (chocolate brownies or biscuits, gluten-free or normal)
- 120 g chocolate, mixed (nouat / nut and dark chocolate)
- Lemon juice
- vanilla sugar

- Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone and yoghurt with a tablespoon of lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Puree the strawberries with a tablespoon of lemon juice and vanilla sugar, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries. Melt the chocolate.
- Put 3 tablespoons of mascarpone cream in an extra bowl, stir with the melted chocolate and fold in 3 tablespoons of cream. Fold the remaining cream into the mascarpone cream.
- Then layer the dessert:
- Strawberry puree
- Mascarpone cream
- Brownies
- Strawberry puree
- Mascarpone cream
- Chocolate cream
- Then decorate with strawberries and other ingredients if you like.
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, rather longer, for me it was 6 hours and it was great.
