Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone and yoghurt with a tablespoon of lemon juice and vanilla sugar. Puree the strawberries with a tablespoon of lemon juice and vanilla sugar, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries. Melt the chocolate.
Put 3 tablespoons of mascarpone cream in an extra bowl, stir with the melted chocolate and fold in 3 tablespoons of cream. Fold the remaining cream into the mascarpone cream.
Then layer the dessert:
Strawberry puree
Mascarpone cream
Brownies
Strawberry puree
Mascarpone cream
Chocolate cream
Then decorate with strawberries and other ingredients if you like.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, rather longer, for me it was 6 hours and it was great.
