Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 100 g quark (lean)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- some lemon (s), untreated, zest
- 50 g chocolate flakes
- 250 g cream

- Wash the strawberries, pat dry and pluck from the stems. Put 4 beautiful fruits aside for garnish, mash the remaining strawberries with a fork and mix with the vanilla sugar.
- Mix the quark with the lemon juice, lemon zest, crushed strawberries and grated chocolate.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold it loosely into the cream.
- Divide the dessert in bowls and garnish with the whole strawberries.
