Ingredients
For the pudding: (chia pudding)
- 3 tablespoon chia seeds
- 9 tablespoon milk, for me almond milk
- 1 teaspoon sweetener, for me rice syrup
- Vanilla, ground
For the pudding: (chocolate pudding)
- 1 banana (s), ripe
- 1 avocado (s)
- 2 tablespoon milk, for me almond milk
- 2 tablespoon sweeteners, for me rice syrup
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
For the cream: (Nicecream)
- 1 banana (s), frozen, cut into pieces
- 200 g strawberries, frozen, cut into pieces
To garnish:
- Strawberries
- cocoa nibs

- Mix all the ingredients for the chia pudding and let it soak in the refrigerator for at least an hour (or overnight). Stir occasionally.
- Put all the ingredients for the chocolate pudding in a powerful mixer and puree until creamy.
- For the nice cream, puree the frozen banana and strawberry pieces in a powerful mixer. If you like, add a little sweetener or 1 tablespoon milk to the nice cream.
- For the layered dessert, layer the individual components alternately in two glasses.
- Garnish the glasses with cut strawberry pieces and cocoa nibs and serve.
