Ingredients

• 500 g strawberries
• 2 tablespoon vanilla sugar
• 100 g quark (lean)
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• some lemon (s), untreated, zest
• 50 g chocolate flakes
• 250 g cream

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries, pat dry and pluck from the stems. Put 4 beautiful fruits aside for garnish, mash the remaining strawberries with a fork and mix with the vanilla sugar.
2. Mix the quark with the lemon juice, lemon zest, crushed strawberries and grated chocolate.
3. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it loosely into the cream.
4. Divide the dessert in bowls and garnish with the whole strawberries.
