- 300 g yourt
- 100 g quark
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 1 handful biscuit (s) (Amarettini), crumbled
- 3 tablespoon applesauce, possibly a little more
- possibly amaretto

- Mix the yogurt, quark, cinnamon with 3-4 tablespoons of brown sugar and applesauce. Pour the mixture into 2 dessert bowls and sprinkle with crumbled Amarettini biscuits.
- If there are no children, the mixture can be refined with a dash of amaretto.
- The amount is enough for 2 people. An everyday dessert for every day.
