- 250 g cream quark
- 250 ml cream
- 1 pack raspberries, frozen
- 1 orange (s)
- Sugar, brown

- Whip the cream until stiff and mix well with the quark,
- Carefully fold in the grated peel from the orange (amount to taste).
- Put the cream quark in layers with the frozen raspberries in a glass bowl, first cream quark, raspberries, etc. The top layer must be cream quark again.
- Then sprinkle the last layer of cream curd thickly with brown sugar and then put the bowl in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
