Ingredients
- 400 g cream cheese
- 400 ml cream
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 600 g raspberries (frozen), alternatively 2-3 lasses
- 200 g almond (s), sliced or sticks
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter

- Whip the cream. Mix with the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar. Put the mixture and the raspberries in layers in a bowl (sprinkle some sugar on the frozen raspberries if necessary). Finally, add a layer of cream mixture to the bowl.
- Brown the almonds in a saucepan with sugar and butter (it is important that these are really brown). Then add the warm butter almonds to the mixture and enjoy.
