Instructions

  1. For the dough, melt the butter in the microwave and let it set again.
  2. In the meantime, mix the sugar and vanilla sugar together. Then add the fat and stir everything with a mixer until foamy. Fold in the eggs one by one and mix each one for about 1 minute before adding the next egg. Mix the cornstarch with the baking powder and flour and fold in spoon-by-spoon while stirring, stir in the amaretto.

  4. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan lined with baking paper.
