Mix the pudding powder with some cold milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth, bring the rest of the milk to the boil and stir in the mixed powder. Bring to the boil while stirring, pour into a bowl and cover with cling film (so that no skin develops).
Wash, clean and chop the strawberries, add the remaining sugar and drizzle with amaretto. Then mix and let steep.
Roughly chop the amarettini and stir the cooled pudding with the mixer until creamy. Now alternately fill the strawberries, amarettini and pudding into 4 wide, large cocktail glasses. Finish with Amarettini.
Decorate with whole strawberries and mint if necessary.
