Ingredients
- 1 pck. Custard powder, (vanilla flavor)
- 50 grams sugar
- 500 ml milk
- 350 g strawberries, fresh
- 2 tablespoon amaretto
- 50 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
For decoration:
- possibly strawberries
- possibly mint

- Mix the pudding powder with some cold milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar until smooth, bring the rest of the milk to the boil and stir in the mixed powder. Bring to the boil while stirring, pour into a bowl and cover with cling film (so that no skin develops).
- Wash, clean and chop the strawberries, add the remaining sugar and drizzle with amaretto. Then mix and let steep.
- Roughly chop the amarettini and stir the cooled pudding with the mixer until creamy. Now alternately fill the strawberries, amarettini and pudding into 4 wide, large cocktail glasses. Finish with Amarettini.
- Decorate with whole strawberries and mint if necessary.
