Strawberry Lemonade with Fresh Strawberries

Ingredients

400 g strawberries
4 tablespoon powdered sugar
8 cl lime juice
0.5 liter ½ sparkling mineral water

Strawberry Lemonade with Fresh Strawberries

Instructions

Chop the washed strawberries very finely in a blender or in the Quick Chef.
Put the strawberry puree in a bowl, mix with the powdered sugar and lime juice.
Place in the refrigerator for an hour, stirring occasionally.
Pour the pulp into a carafe and pour in well-chilled mineral water. Stir.
Put some ice in a tall glass, add lemonade, enjoy!
Very refreshing on hot summer days!
