Ingredients
- 8 biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
- 3 tablespoon brandy or amaretto
- 225 g raspberries
- 300 ml cream powder (paradise cream)
- 300 ml cream cheese or low-fat, unsweetened natural yogurt
- 5 drops bitter almond flavor
- 15 g almond flakes, toasted
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

- Put the amerettini in a bowl and roughly chop with a pounder. Spread the mashed macaroons on four dessert plates, drizzle with brandy or amaretto and let stand for 30 minutes. Put a layer of raspberries on top of the macaroons, put some aside to garnish. Cover the raspberries with a layer of custard. Mix the cream cheese or the almond-flavored yogurt and pour onto the pudding. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with toasted almond leaves and dust with cocoa powder immediately before serving. Decorate with the remaining raspberries and serve immediately.
- Variation: Prepare this dessert with mixed berries. Thaw the frozen fruits on the macaroons. So that they soak up the juice. That tastes just gorgeous.
