Ingredients

  • 150 ml cream
  • 200 g quark
  • 300 g mascarpone
  • 250 g fruit puree (pear puree)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • some vanilla

Instructions

  1. First whip the cream.
  2. Then put the quark and mascarpone in a bowl. Mix the quark mixture with two tablespoons of pear puree, cinnamon, honey and vanilla. Then fold in the cream. Layer the cream in layers with the pear puree in glasses or bowls.
  3. Tip: I like it a little crispy, so I often use homemade granola. You can also put this between the layers.
