Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 100 ml oil, 100 ml amaretto, 4 egg yolks, 200 g powdered sugar, and 1 packet vanilla sugar. Stir until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, sift together 250 g flour and 1 packet baking powder.
  3. Mix the flour mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat the 4 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
  6. Grease a Guglhupf mold with fat and coat the inside with breadcrumbs, tapping out excess.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared mold.
  8. Bake at 200°C (392°F) on the middle rack for 45 to 50 minutes, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
