Whip 150 ml cream. Mix the quark with the amarula and carefully fold into the whipped cream.
First layer the Amarena cherries in the dessert glasses. Please put some cherries aside here. Fill the glasses with the Amarula cream and quark cream.
Beat the rest of the cream with 1 to 2 tablespoons of the collected cherry juice until stiff, distribute between the dessert glasses and garnish with the remaining cherries and chocolate sprinkles.
Put the cream in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
