• 150 ml liqueur (Amarula)
• 400 ml cream
• 200 ml milk
• 80 g suar

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together and place in the ice cream maker.
2. Let freeze for approx. 50 minutes (the alcohol can lead to longer freezing times).
3. Can also be prepared without an ice machine. To do this, put the mixture in a bowl and place in the freezer. Stir vigorously with a spoon every 20-30 minutes to distribute the ice crystals!
