- 150 ml liqueur (Amarula)
- 400 ml cream
- 200 ml milk
- 80 g suar

- Mix all ingredients together and place in the ice cream maker.
- Let freeze for approx. 50 minutes (the alcohol can lead to longer freezing times).
- Can also be prepared without an ice machine. To do this, put the mixture in a bowl and place in the freezer. Stir vigorously with a spoon every 20-30 minutes to distribute the ice crystals!
