  • 1 liter water
  • 1 orange (s)
  • Sugar (rock sugar)

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to the boil, let it cool down briefly or add a dash of cold water. Brew the tea, but do not pour boiling water on it, because green tea loses its active ingredients.
  2. Let it stand for 4 minutes, strain. Squeeze the orange, add the juice and rock sugar to the tea, stir, cool. Put the vanilla ice cream in tall glasses, pour the cold tea over them.
  3. A thirst quencher can hardly be tastier!
