Beat the eggs in a water bath with powdered sugar until foamy (10 minutes at high speed), stir in the cheese (or cottage cheese) little by little, then pour in the liqueur in a thin stream.
Divide the mixture into 2 parts, add cocoa in one half, mix until smooth.
Pour both parts of the mixture, without mixing, in parts into a mold onto the dough. Turn on the oven.
Bake the curd cheesecake for about 50 minutes at 170 degrees. If the surface of the cheesecake cracks, the temperature is too high.
Cool the finished curd cheesecake and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
