American Cheesecake

Make the popular American curd cheesecake pie, the recipe for curd cheesecake is simple.

Servings: 10
Ingredients
- Butter – 100 g
- Sugar – 3 tbsp
- Cocoa – 3 tbsp
- Little cookies – 200 g
- Cream cheese – 400 g
- Cream liqueur – 2 tbsp
- Powdered sugar – 100 g
- Eggs – 4 pcs.
- Black chocolate – 50 g
Directions
- Crush the cookies with your hands.
- Melt butter with sugar and chocolate.
- Add crumbled biscuits, mix until smooth.
- Place the cheesecake base in a split pan.
- Mix eggs and powdered sugar.
- Beat the eggs in a water bath with powdered sugar until foamy (10 minutes at high speed), stir in the cheese (or cottage cheese) little by little, then pour in the liqueur in a thin stream.
- Divide the mixture into 2 parts, add cocoa in one half, mix until smooth.
- Pour both parts of the mixture, without mixing, in parts into a mold onto the dough. Turn on the oven.
- Bake the curd cheesecake for about 50 minutes at 170 degrees. If the surface of the cheesecake cracks, the temperature is too high.
- Cool the finished curd cheesecake and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
