Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g carrot (s), rated
  • 250 g parsnip (s), rated
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 medium onion (s), grated
  • 1 cm ginger, grated
  • 125 g round almond (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet bacon in slices, 200 g
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix all ingredients well, except for the bacon, shape into a kind of loaf and place in a greased baking dish. Now cover the roast with the bacon.
