Ingredients

  • 2 rolls, stale, soaked
  • 1 ΒΌ kg minced meat, mixed
  • 3 onion (s), peeled and diced
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 point peas and carrots, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

For the sauce:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • Chili powder
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 glass salad mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. For the meatloaf, squeeze out the rolls and drain the corn. Mix everything well with the minced meat and season to taste very spicy (!). Shape a roast and brush with oil.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 Β° C for about 1 hour.
  3. Mix everything for the sauce and season well.
  4. Serve garnished with parsley and radishes.
