Ingredients

  • 2 leeks
  • 2 onions)
  • 600 g minced beef
  • 125 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder
  • 1 pinch (s) nutmeg, grated
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram, fresher
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth

Instructions

  1. This recipe is very suitable for diabetics. Meatloaf with a difference, light and very digestible.
  2. Wash and clean the leek and cut into fine rings. Steam these in 1 cup of salted water for 8 to 10 minutes and then drain in a colander.
  3. Peel and finely chop the onions. Knead the ground beef, onions, low-fat quark, salt, pepper, paprika, nutmeg, marjoram, mustard, tomato paste and leek to a savory mass.
  4. Put the minced meat mixture in an oblong pie or loaf pan and place in the preheated oven at 180 Β° for about 1 hour
  5. It goes well with boiled potatoes and tomato sauce.
