  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Bacon – 350 Grams

  1. Put finely chopped onion and minced meat in a large bowl.
  2. Add barbecue sauce (purchased or homemade) there.

  6. We also add bread crumbs, crumbs from crackers (in my case) or just crumbs from a dried loaf there.
  7. Mix the minced meat and spread evenly on thinly sliced ​​and densely packed bacon slices.
  8. Wrap the minced meat with slices of bacon, put the resulting roll seam down on a baking sheet.
  9. Before this, it is better to cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Lightly pour the barbecue sauce over the rolled roll on top.
