Ingredients

  • 750 g minced meat, lean beef
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 50 ml cream
  • 125 g cheese, rated
  • 1 bun, soaked expressed
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper and garlic
  • 200 g bacon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and degrease on kitchen paper. Steam the mushrooms and onions in the bacon fat and leave to cool a little. Mix in a bowl with the minced meat, egg, cream, crumbled bacon, grated cheese and the soaked bread roll, season to taste. Pour into a loaf pan and bake for a good hour.
