Ingredients
- 4 slices lime (s), untreated
- 2 teaspoons, heaped cane sugar, brown
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl apple juice
- 1 tablespoon ice, crushed
- Mineral water

- First put the lime slices in a glass, then the cane sugar and lemon juice over them. Now crush everything a little with a pestle. Next, pour the ice cream and apple juice over it and fill up with mineral water.
- A slice of lime can be placed on the edge as a decoration.
