Instructions

  1. Chop the toffees into small pieces.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and let it brown slightly, it will get a slightly nutty smell. Let the butter cool and stir in the sugar until frothy. Add eggs and vanilla flavor and mix until the consistency is slightly frothy.
  3. Mix with all other ingredients except for the M & M and put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour. It should get a little firm.
  4. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees upper lower heat or 150 degrees circulating air. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Place a heaped tablespoon of dough on each tray and flatten it slightly, but not too thinly. Press the M & M onto it. The biscuits should be about 7 cm apart, as they will still melt in the oven.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
