American M & M`s Toffee Cookies

Ingredients
- 280 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 small Bottle / s vanilla flavor
- 160 g butter
- 200 g suar, brown
- 110 g suar, white
- 2 egg (s)
- 50 g peanuts, chopped, also salted
- 100 g chocolate (chocolate chips)
- 15 candy (s) (cream toffees), soft
- Bonbon (s) (M & M`s peanut)

- Chop the toffees into small pieces.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and let it brown slightly, it will get a slightly nutty smell. Let the butter cool and stir in the sugar until frothy. Add eggs and vanilla flavor and mix until the consistency is slightly frothy.
- Mix with all other ingredients except for the M & M and put the dough in the refrigerator for an hour. It should get a little firm.
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees upper lower heat or 150 degrees circulating air. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Place a heaped tablespoon of dough on each tray and flatten it slightly, but not too thinly. Press the M & M onto it. The biscuits should be about 7 cm apart, as they will still melt in the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
