Ingredients
- 150 g walnuts, (chopped)
- 170 g wheat flour
- 30 g cornstarch
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
- 120 g suar, brown
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 egg (s)
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 120 g veetable fat, (e.. Palmin-Soft)

- Sift the flour, cornstarch, cocoa and baking powder into a bowl.
- Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, buttermilk, vegetable fat and walnut kernels. Mix everything into a batter.
- Pile the dough with two teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Top / bottom heat: approx. 180 ° C (preheated)
- Hot air: about 160 ° C (preheated)
- Gas: level 2 - 3 (preheated)
- Baking time: 15 minutes per baking sheet
