Ingredients
- 125 g mararine
- 80 g suar
- 200 g flour
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 part / e baking powder
- 350 g banana (s), weihed unpeeled
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Chop the walnuts and mix with the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until creamy.
- Mash or puree the bananas with a fork and add to the margarine with the sugar. Stir in briefly. Then add the dry ingredients and stir until everything is mixed.
- Using a tablespoon, place small dough mounds on a baking sheet and press flat, shaping them a little round. Makes about 15 cookies. Place them far enough apart, otherwise they will hang together after baking, ideally split over two trays.
- Bake at 160 degrees air circulation for about 15 minutes and then let cool down.
