Instructions

  1. Chop the walnuts and mix with the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix the margarine, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until creamy.
  2. Mash or puree the bananas with a fork and add to the margarine with the sugar. Stir in briefly. Then add the dry ingredients and stir until everything is mixed.
  3. Using a tablespoon, place small dough mounds on a baking sheet and press flat, shaping them a little round. Makes about 15 cookies. Place them far enough apart, otherwise they will hang together after baking, ideally split over two trays.
  4. Bake at 160 degrees air circulation for about 15 minutes and then let cool down.
