Instructions

  1. Mix the quark with the sugar. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Fold in 70 g mini marshmallows.
  2. Drain the peaches in a sieve, dice them and mix with the cream. Alternatively, you can puree the fruit and pull it under the cream with a slightly marbled pattern.
  3. Let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Garnish with the remaining marshmallows before serving.
  4. Tip: You can also cut normal marshmallows into small pieces and use them for the cream.
