Ingredients
- 250 g quark with 20% fat
- 50 grams sugar
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 3 peach (s), halved, from the tin
- 100 g marshmallow (s) (mini marshmallows)

- Mix the quark with the sugar. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Fold in 70 g mini marshmallows.
- Drain the peaches in a sieve, dice them and mix with the cream. Alternatively, you can puree the fruit and pull it under the cream with a slightly marbled pattern.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Garnish with the remaining marshmallows before serving.
- Tip: You can also cut normal marshmallows into small pieces and use them for the cream.
