- 110 g suar
- 250 ml milk 3.5% (ice cold)
- 400 ml cream, (ice cold)
- 2 tablespoon syrup (vanilla)

- I put milk and cream in the freezer for about 2 hours!
- Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla syrup, slowly add the ice-cold milk and chilled cream.
- Freeze in the ice cream maker while stirring, duration 30-100 minutes depending on the machine. For mine it takes about 40 minutes.
