- 3 cups sweet cream
- 80 g honey, (bee honey)
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 3 packs vanilla, bourbon (liquid concentrate)
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 squirt lemon juice

- Put all ingredients in a large beaker and mix well with the magic wand. For pure vanilla ice cream, add a little more vanilla concentrate. Use the basic recipe for other types of ice cream and stir in the appropriate ingredients.
- I`ve already tried:
- Banana ice cream (2 strained bananas), chocolate ice cream (125 ml commercial chocolate sauce), wild berry ice cream (60ml wild fruit sauce and a small glass of wild berries), strawberry ice cream (strained strawberries), vanilla ice cream with grated chocolate (dark chocolate).
- Much more is possible. There are no limits to your imagination.
- Once all the ingredients have been mixed together, you may need to pre-cool the mug for a while in the normal refrigerator (but it doesn`t have to). Then off to the ice cream machine. How long it takes then depends on the device. For me it takes about 50 minutes.
