• 3 cups sweet cream
• 80 g honey, (bee honey)

• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 3 packs vanilla, bourbon (liquid concentrate)
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 squirt lemon juice

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in a large beaker and mix well with the magic wand. For pure vanilla ice cream, add a little more vanilla concentrate. Use the basic recipe for other types of ice cream and stir in the appropriate ingredients.

3. Banana ice cream (2 strained bananas), chocolate ice cream (125 ml commercial chocolate sauce), wild berry ice cream (60ml wild fruit sauce and a small glass of wild berries), strawberry ice cream (strained strawberries), vanilla ice cream with grated chocolate (dark chocolate).
4. Much more is possible. There are no limits to your imagination.
5. Once all the ingredients have been mixed together, you may need to pre-cool the mug for a while in the normal refrigerator (but it doesn`t have to). Then off to the ice cream machine. How long it takes then depends on the device. For me it takes about 50 minutes.
