Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 5 egg (s)
- some water, lukewarm to the touch
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoon parsley

- Mix the flour, water, eggs and spices together, leave to soak for 15 minutes and press through the Knöpfle sieve with a scraper (in 2 portions).
- Keep the first portion warm, then put everything in a frying pan and melt the butter in it, serve with fresh parsley.
