  • 500g flour
  • 5 egg (s)
  • some water, lukewarm to the touch
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, water, eggs and spices together, leave to soak for 15 minutes and press through the Knöpfle sieve with a scraper (in 2 portions).
  2. Keep the first portion warm, then put everything in a frying pan and melt the butter in it, serve with fresh parsley.
