Instructions

  1. Mix eggs with flour and baking powder, work in milk and oil, then fold in cheese. Cut the desired ingredients (approx. 200 - 250 g in total) into small pieces and fold in carefully.
  2. Fill the dough into a greased loaf tin or mini muffin mold and bake at 180 ° C for approx. 40 - 45 minutes, or the mini muffins for approx. 20 minutes. The pastries must not get too dark!
  3. There are no limits to the imagination when it comes to the other ingredients! Boiled ham, olives, peppers, tuna, onions, crabs, mushrooms, etc. are also delicious.
