- 200 ml milk
- 125 g suar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 200 g flour
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 2 tablespoons brandy vinegar

- Separate the eggs, placing the yolks in an extra bowl. Beat the egg whites into egg whites.
- Beat the melted butter with milk and sugar until creamy. Then add the vanilla. Gradually add the egg yolks to the butter and sugar mixture.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually stir into the butter-sugar mixture. Now carefully fold in the egg whites. Finally add some brandy vinegar.
- The dough can now be refined as desired, e.g. with Nutella, chocolate flakes or jam.
- Then fill in muffin molds and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
- Let the cakes cool and garnish as desired. The amount makes 12 muffins.
- Tip:
- I use a whisk for all steps, this creates a loose dough. To keep the muffin fluffy and juicy, I add some brandy vinegar. Once the small cake has been baked, you can no longer taste any of the vinegar.
