Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs, placing the yolks in an extra bowl. Beat the egg whites into egg whites.
  2. Beat the melted butter with milk and sugar until creamy. Then add the vanilla. Gradually add the egg yolks to the butter and sugar mixture.
  3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually stir into the butter-sugar mixture. Now carefully fold in the egg whites. Finally add some brandy vinegar.
  4. The dough can now be refined as desired, e.g. with Nutella, chocolate flakes or jam.
  5. Then fill in muffin molds and bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 15-20 minutes.
