Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg white and sugar with a hand mixer on the highest setting until stiff (with so much sugar, it can take a little longer than usual). Put the successful, stiff protein mixture in the refrigerator for the rest of the time.
  2. Put the flour in another bowl and mix well with the vanilla sugar. Mix the milk and mineral water together. Gradually add to the egg yolk while mixing with a hand mixer on the highest setting. Gradually add flour to the liquid egg yolk mixture with a spoon and whisk together with a hand mixer on the highest setting. Then gradually add the cold, stiff protein mass, also using a spoon (hand mixer on the highest level).
  3. Brush a pan with oil and prepare. Important! Don`t use too much oil. Heat the pan on medium heat (not too warm). Fry the pancakes evenly on both sides until golden brown. Always keep an eye on.
  4. After the successful frying, everyone can now pamper themselves with the heavenly enjoyment of the typical pancakes.
