Instructions

  1. Heat the butter or margarine in a small pan. Beat the eggs and add them to the pan. Start stirring immediately, otherwise the eggs will be fried. When the eggs are no longer runny and start to clump, remove the pan from the heat. Add the baked beans or corn and stir briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder. If you want, you can add some more ketchup.
