Finely chop the garlic, chilli and rosemary. Then mix a marinade with 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
Portion the fish and let it steep in the marinade for at least 2 hours.
Dice the onion, peppers and tomatoes into 1 cm cubes.
Sweat the onion cubes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a saucepan, add peppers and tomatoes, fill with tomato juice and simmer for 8 minutes. Then add the fish pieces and simmer for another 8 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in the thyme and basil.
