Peel and chop the garlic and mash it with 1 teaspoon salt to make a paste. Mix garlic paste, rosemary, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika powder with oil and lemon juice to marinade and marinate the meat strips in it for approx. 2 hours, cool and covered.
Pin the strips in a zigzag on metal skewers. Grill or fry the skewers for 3 minutes on each side.
A small tortilla, a salad and a cold beer taste best with it.
