Ingredients

  • 800 g lamb fillet (s)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika powder, hot
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into 8 long, thin strips.
  2. Peel and chop the garlic and mash it with 1 teaspoon salt to make a paste. Mix garlic paste, rosemary, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika powder with oil and lemon juice to marinade and marinate the meat strips in it for approx. 2 hours, cool and covered.
  3. Pin the strips in a zigzag on metal skewers. Grill or fry the skewers for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. A small tortilla, a salad and a cold beer taste best with it.
